What Taxflow is

Taxflow is an AI-powered tax organization tool for freelancers and self-employed individuals. It helps you categorize business transactions and prepare summaries to share with your accountant.

Taxflow is NOT a tax filing service and does NOT provide tax advice. Nothing in Taxflow should be construed as legal, financial, or tax advice. Always consult a licensed tax professional before filing.

AI categorization accuracy

Transaction categories are suggested by AI and may be incorrect. Misclassification can affect your tax return. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all categorizations before using them for tax purposes. Taxflow makes no guarantee of accuracy, tax savings, or audit protection based on AI-generated categorizations.

Subscription terms

• Pro plan: $20/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months or unused time.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Acceptable use

Taxflow is for personal and business tax organization only. You may not:

• Resell or sublicense access to Taxflow.
• Use Taxflow to process transactions on behalf of other individuals or businesses for compensation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

Limitation of liability

Taxflow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truscape LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to tax penalties, audit costs, or financial losses resulting from AI categorization errors.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of Taxflow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
